Gumbas

Gumbas is the artist and performer behind Drum'n'Gumbas, a Polish live electronic project that creates music in real time. Synthesizers, keyboards, foot controllers and live improvisation make the performance itself the centre of the experience, with the audience able to see how the music takes shape.

The project officially began in October 2021 with a simple idea: to prove that electronic music can be performed live in a way that is exciting, unpredictable and 100% live. After years of constant development it has become an immersive experience where electronic music meets energy, emotion and connection to the audience. This is not a DJ set. This is Drum'n'Gumbas LIVE.

Since the first public show in February 2022 the project has delivered more than 60 performances across Poland and Berlin, including Garbicz Festival, The X Festival, Raclacamp, Organic Festival, Crackhouse and a 500+ crowd at Oczki in Warsaw. Its casting and semi-final appearance on Poland's Got Talent brought the live setup to a nationwide television audience, and the casting clip alone passed 3.7 million views on social media.

Musically, Drum'n'Gumbas blends electronic music, rave culture, live performance and entertainment. Every show is built around improvisation and audience interaction, so no two performances are the same — expect energy, raw sounds and a journey that connects people on the dancefloor.
