EFFIE ĐeFine

EFFIE ĐeFine is a Norwegian DJ and producer with Icelandic roots, based in Amsterdam. Known for a hard-hitting fusion of bass house, big room and cinematic Viking-inspired sounds, she builds sets as journeys: euphoric melodies and raw intensity, with hardstyle and techno pushing the energy to its peak. She describes her production style as "the definition of ADHD" — restless, high-energy and impossible to box into one genre.

In 2025, EFFIE made history as the first female DJ from Norway to perform at Tomorrowland, debuting on the Absolut Stage (United We Dance). The story was covered by NRK on national TV and radio, as well as 24Nyheter and Budstikka. In 2026 she returns to Tomorrowland with Old Spice / Floating Dream, and plays Burn Room with Idyll.

Her path runs from underground clubs in Oslo to Rockefeller, Landstreffet Stavanger, Høymagasinet at Akershus Festning, a warm-up set on the VIP stage before Tiësto, and shows in Iceland, Croatia, Hungary and the UK. Her own concept, Ultra Violet, and her tours — Star Tour, Ultra Tour and Đefine Tour — have built a loyal following.

EFFIE is the founder of the Trinitý label and the "Defining the Dream" movement, with a YouTube series following the journey. Armed with big dreams and relentless energy, she strives to empower and inspire people worldwide, uniting them through the universal language of music.
